Our Car Rental Reviews

" The whole experience was very smooth. They were also extremely accommodating to my request to return the car 1 hour later than the actual booking because of a slight change of plan before heading to the airport. Appreciate the support and will definitely engage them again in the future. "

" Excellent service with great easy communication via WhatsApp. Car was basic but more than adequate to explore the island. I highly recommend Langkawibook. Driver took photos of where he was with the car at the airport and sent to me making pickup seamless "

" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! We rented 2 Toyota Hiace vans from Langkawi Book for our trip, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, with very fast responses whenever we needed assistance. During our rental, one of the vans had a minor issue, and their team responded immediately. They arrived quickly, resolved the issue professionally, and made sure we could continue our journey without any hassle. A special thank you to Iqbal, who took great care of us throughout the rental. " probably the best car rental place you can find in the airport, price is great, service is great, location is great, car condition is great and car is very clean. You can book on whatsapp and the service people will be very happy to help you. Highly recommend. (avoid the stalls in the airport, not honest, avoid) "

" Staff friendly and service is good. "

" This company takes customer service to the next level. They delivered the car to our hotel and collected it. Better than Hertz, Avis and Europcar together. You can talk to them via WhatsApp. I changed my pickup time, no problem! I took the fully insured package which only added RM 85 per day. Prices are competitive. Truly 5 star service. "
